Job summary

Technique, Inc. is seeking a robotic welding technician to operate MIG/TIG welding on stainless and carbon steel, support QA with part layouts and inspections, and assist in the design and implementation of production fixturing.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, vocational training, and 2 years of welding experience in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus vocational training.
• 2 years welding experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read weld symbols and GD&T basics.

Responsibilities

• Set up welder and weld basic GTAW and GMAW joints.
• Read and apply weld symbols; distinguish material types.
• Support QA with layouts and inspections; assist in fixturing design and production.
• Operate and recover welding robots across production phases.
