Job summary

STOW Group is seeking a Beamline Welding Machine Operator to set up, program, and run automated welding robots. You will load/unload beams, read blueprints, and monitor weld quality with gauges while performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure consistent output.

You will document production logs and quality records, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a clean, efficient welding cell. Prior MIG/TIG skill and blueprint interpretation are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stamping and roll forming presses a plus.
• Reading blueprints/technical drawings and welding symbols required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automated systems; able to problem-solve and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, run, and maintain automated welding robots to load/unload beams.
• Read blueprints and monitor weld quality with gauges.
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure safety on the welding cell.
• Document production logs, downtime, and quality records.
