Candidates should have a degree in Welding Technology, 3–7 years of relevant experience, and proficient in various CAD/CAM software. This position offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and integrate new manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes like MIG/TIG welding and laser cutting.
• Ability to troubleshoot robotic welding systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize robotic welding applications.
• Perform robot teach pendant and offline programming.
• Establish and validate weld parameters for quality.
