Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reading drawings, prints, and weld standards.
• 6 months of welding experience.
• 1 year of robotic welding experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends, if required.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and maintain robotic plasma and weld cells.
• Operate crane, forklift, and other heavy equipment.
• Operate robotic cells according to production schedules and SOPs.
• Load raw materials and components into fixtures or machines.
• Monitor plasma and weld quality and perform basic inspections.
• Document production data and report issues to supervisors or maintenance.
• Assist with changeovers, setups, and basic preventative maintenance.
