• 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes including cutting, forming, and welding.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize robotic welding applications.
• Perform robot teach pendant and offline programming.
• Analyze production workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
