Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferable in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (e.g., shearing, laser/plasma cutting).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize robotic welding applications.
• Establish and validate weld parameters.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
