Qualifications

• 2 years welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient programming Motoman, Panasonic, and Fanuc robots.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and weld fixture design.

Responsibilities

• Set up welders and weld, troubleshoot basic GTAW and GMAW joints.
• Perform 1st piece layouts to support QA processes.
• Program and adjust robotic welders and offsets on pieces.
• Maintain robotic welders and review CMM feedback for accuracy.
• Package parts for shipping and complete production documentation.
