Magnaflow, based in Oceanside, CA, seeks experienced welders to join the advanced welding crew. You will operate TIG/MIG welding equipment, spin welding, and robotic welding systems, ensuring high-quality welds and safety compliance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or welding certification, 5+ years of stainless-steel welding experience, and the ability to read complex drawings. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require welding certification/degree.
• 5+ years welding stainless-steel products preferred; MIG process experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform spin welding with hand welders per checklist.
• TIG welding (GTAW) on precision components.
• Operate robotic welding systems; monitor weld quality and adjust as needed.
• Program robotic welder parameters and load weld programs.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the team.
