WeldFab Manufacturing, LLC. in Slinger, WI is seeking skilled welders for 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly wages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a precision fabrication shop.

You'll perform MIG, TIG and/or robotic welding on carbon and stainless steel, read blueprints, set up components, inspect welds, and log job data while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience MIG/TIG welding and, if possible, robotic welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Proficient with measuring tools and basic math.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• All candidates may complete a weld evaluation.

Responsibilities

• MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding on carbon and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Set up components to spec.
• Inspect completed welds for quality.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Maintain welding equipment and oversee overhead cranes.
• Log job data into our computer system.
• Follow all safety standards.
