Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Robotic Welder Programmer who will learn and operate robotic welding systems, perform MIG welds, and contribute to quality manufacturing.

This role requires MIG/TIG welding experience, blueprint reading, and basic programming or technical skills; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, with driver’s license required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn robotic welding programming and operation.

Education Requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
