Job summary

Systems, LLC, a Chamberlain Group affiliate, is seeking a skilled robotic welder in Malvern, AR to assemble and weld metal components on Poweramp and DLM lines following lean manufacturing practices.

You will program and operate robotic welders, inspect welds for quality, and maintain a safe, productive work environment while supporting team goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year robotic welding experience required.
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding and handheld plasma machines and cutting torches.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble parts using welding equipment and shop fixtures.
• Program and operate robotic welding systems.
• Inspect weld quality and run tests to meet specifications.
• Maintain safe work areas and report hazards to supervision.
• Provide work reports/feedback to supervisors or engineering teams.
