Job description

Position – Robotic Welder

Job Location – Fall River, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11pm), 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)

Starting Pay – $19-$22/hr, more with experience

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience – At least 1 year of welding experience

Operate one or more welding machines or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies according to specifications, applying basic welding theory.

Responsibilities

• Lift workpieces manually or using hoists and secure in fixtures or load automatic feeding devices.
• Calculate and set controls for machine factors such as wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, gas type, and weld rod type.
• Start machine, engage feed, and monitor operation.
• Inspect and measure machined workpieces to verify conformance to specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Welding certificate or degree preferred
• At least 12 months welding experience, or 36 months if applicable
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Successful completion of an internal welding test
