Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring for a Robot Welding Part Loader on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM). The role involves operating a robotic welding line, assembling sub-assemblies, and using hand tools to ensure quality and safe workflow.

Candidates must meet safety standards and follow standard work under supervision. We value strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School /GED diploma preferred (required to maintain the pre-treatment system only)
• Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator)
• Technical ability to elevate issues when identified
• Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead

Responsibilities

• Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture
• Use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other types of finishing tools to ensure quality product
• Control operation of robot, cleaning and inspection
• Read and understand operation standard, as needed, such as blueprint
• Manual movement and lifting by clamping parts together by hand and/or using hand tools
