WEBCO MFG is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator for the day shift (M-F, 7am-3:30pm) to join our growing team. The role focuses on programming and operating automated welding robots to boost production and quality.

The successful candidate will have about 1 year of robotic welding experience, solid knowledge of robotics and welding, and strong problem-solving and math skills. We offer ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of robotic welding experience preferred.
• In-depth robotics and welding knowledge.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Programming and operating automated welding robots.
• Provide programming and engineering support to robotic welding operations.
• Optimize current robotic welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow defined weld schedules and transfer new products to robotic equipment.
• Fixture design to facilitate productive and flexible welding of production parts.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure proficiency of welding team.
• Partner with maintenance to define proper preventative maintenance schedules.
