Job summary

Emerge is hiring for Robot Weld Operators to join the 2nd shift in Walworth, NY. You will set up and run robotic welding equipment, inspect welds for quality, and ensure safe, efficient output with training and growth opportunities.

We offer competitive pay of $19 to $20.50 per hour, shift differential, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Prior welding experience is welcomed from school, training, hobbies, or past jobs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Welding experience preferred (schooling, training, hobby, or work).
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Proficient in English for safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Read the statement of work to understand welding tasks and specifications.
• Set up and operate robotic welding machines and related equipment.
• Cut and prep components for welding according to precise measurements.
• Inspect welded parts and structures for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional equipment and workstations.
