Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge Campus in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Robotic Urology Med Surg PRN Nights. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care within the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment.

The RN will administer medications, monitor patients, participate in procedures, manage life-support equipment as needed, and educate patients and families on post-discharge

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and state licensure.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Experience in acute care or surgical services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop care plans.
• Assist during procedures and use life support as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
