Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced urologist to lead and grow our urology services. The role involves medical and surgical management of urologic conditions, including advanced minimally invasive and robotic approaches.

The position offers the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests in oncology, stone disease, BPH, reconstruction, and men's health, with involvement in AHN’s Urology Residency program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure.
• DEA certification and ability to obtain AHN medical staff privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical management of urologic conditions.
• Perform procedures including prostatectomy, cystectomy, bladder tumor resections, nephrectomy, and urodynamic testing.
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgical technology.
• Develop subspecialty interests in urologic oncology, stone disease, BPH, reconstructive urology, and men's health.
• Involvement with AHN’s Urology Residency program.
