Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver training and in-procedure support for PROCEPT Robotic Systems. You will ensure optimal OR workflow, provide in-service education, and assist with installations and updates across assigned accounts.

You will partner with Sales to identify utilization opportunities, maintain detailed case logs, and share field insights to drive product improvements while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical experience required.
• 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to cover a case independently within 60 days post-training.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to support regions and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Provide in-procedure support to ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Perform in-service education, installations, and software updates.
• Coordinate procedural scheduling and drive efficiency improvements across accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to relay insights and inform product enhancements.
