Job summary

Auris Health is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to act as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success, including procedure sales, support, and driving utilization for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System.

You will develop quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets, drive Ottava utilization, lead technical demonstrations, and educate customers to achieve clinical adoption in hospitals and ASCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant Medical Device/Healthcare B2B sales.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product and disease-state knowledge to physicians and buyers.
• Travel up to 75% (including overnight within territory).
• Work in hospital/ASC settings and wear protective gear as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to reach revenue targets.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand user-base within qualified accounts.
• Lead demonstrations to drive Ottava adoption among clinicians.
• Present accurate sales forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers on strategic activities.
• Support post-sales implementation and ensure clinical adoption.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Ottava Surgical Robotics products.
