PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver comprehensive product training and hands-on clinical education to surgeons and staff across assigned accounts. You will support live procedures, installations, and software updates while partnering with Sales to grow utilization and retention.

Expect frequent travel and a collaborative, impact-driven role that enhances patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days post Aqua Academy.
• 60 days post graduation with potential for 30 days supplemental coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Provide in-procedure support to ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting.
• Perform installations, software updates, and in-service field support.
• Schedule procedures and drive efficiency to maximize case coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify utilization growth opportunities.
• Capture customer insights for Marketing and R&D.
• Maintain accurate case logs and documentation in Salesforce.
• Travel 75% or more as necessary.
