Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after Aqua Academy training.
• Possibility of 30 days supplemental coaching if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Provide in‑procedure support and optimize OR workflow across assigned accounts.
• Support installations, software updates, and field support.
• Schedule procedures and drive efficiency to maximize case coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify utilization growth and account retention.
• Relay customer insights to Marketing and R&D for improvements.
• Maintain accurate case logs and documentation in Salesforce.
