Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to drive da Vinci system utilization in the Cherry Hill, NJ territory. You will partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and mentor surgical teams through training and OR integration.

The role requires a minimum of five years of sales experience with at least two years in healthcare, the ability to travel up to 25%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization in the territory.
• Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional events to increase system awareness and adoption.
• Create a plan for each team to enable unsupervised use of the system.
• Expand user base by working with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to high performance.
• Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.
