Waltonen Engineering in Warren, Michigan is seeking a Robotic Simulator to join our engineering team. You will model robotic systems using Process Simulate, verify collision-free layouts, and optimize cycle times while aligning with customer standards.

You will collaborate with Mechanical Design, Processing, and System Layout teams, train junior engineers, and ensure tooling validation and offline programming. A strong emphasis on quality and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Report to Robotic Simulation Lead and support the simulation efforts.

• Ensure collision-free layouts, cycle times, and customer standards.
• Support robotic selection, sequencing, and workflow optimization.
