Job summary

JR Automation Technologies, LLC is hiring a Simulation Engineer in Holland, MI or Lake Orion, MI to develop and validate robotics simulations for automated manufacturing systems.

The role requires 3+ years of robotics experience, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency with major simulation tools. Occasional travel for projects and customer meetings is expected in this fast-paced, high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience with robotics, preferably within industrial automation or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Software engineering preferred.
• Experience with robotic and/or discrete simulation software such as RobotStudio, RoboGuide, Visual Components, Emulate3D, Process Simulate, or Plant Simulate.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulations for automation projects coordinating with customers, sales, and engineering teams.
• Present simulation findings clearly to team and customers and support proposals with data.
• Travel as needed for project work, training, and events.
