You will perform setup, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, while documenting production and supporting team training. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for prior food-manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read simple instructions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the DCM robotic patty packing line and related equipment.
• Set up and run automated lines, ensuring correct packing and labeling.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot jams or misalignments.
• Maintain sanitation and follow SSOPs and GMPs.
• Document production records and report issues to supervision.
• Assist in training new operators and uphold safety standards.
