Base pay range

$20.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and Monitoring Robotic Equipment: manage robotic equipment consoles that handle sorting, transferring, and stacking pallets and containers.
• Pallet Labeling and Stacking: control labeling and stacking processes, ensuring proper arrangement and sorting according to schedules and patterns.
• Quality Control: identify and sort defective packages, redirecting them when necessary, and monitor for any production issues.
• Jam and Malfunction Management: stop equipment to clear jams and report malfunctions.
• Material Supply: load equipment with necessary supplies like pallets, base sheets, or corner boards.
• Record-Keeping: maintain detailed records on production and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Skills: mechanical aptitude, a quality-focused mindset, and a good understanding of robotic control systems.
