• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications or similar.
• Experience with Digital Engineering.
• Additional related certifications.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Able to take initiative to recommend projects or cost reductions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process.
• Coordinate with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct trials, evaluate safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Support Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for various robot processes.
• Lead meetings with related groups, document creation, and support plants in the process.
• Travel to US, Mexico and Canada to support projects; report to the Digital Engineering Manager.
• Work with minimal direction; prior experience is essential.
