Job summary

Legent Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (PRN) to join our operating room team in Texas. The CST will support sterile processing, assist surgeons, and participate in robotic-assisted procedures using the da Vinci system.

Strong emphasis on patient safety, clean workflow, and adherence to infection control standards is required. The role requires CST certification, with a preference for 3 years of surgical tech experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist certification required.
• 3 years’ experience as a surgical technologist preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique and operating room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handles instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures.
• Sets up sterile table and ensures accurate counts with circulator.
• Maintains sterile field and adheres to safety and infection control standards.
• Assists in robotic-assisted procedures and coordinates with the OR team.
