Job summary

Legent Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support sterile processing, operative preparation, and robotic-assisted procedures in Carrollton, Texas. You will maintain sterile environments, set up for surgeries, and assist surgeons and OR staff to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates hold Certified Surgical Technologist credentials and have hands-on experience in sterile technique, with exposure to robotic systems such as the da Vinci platform.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist certification required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred for Surgical Technologist roles.
• 2+ years in two or more specialty areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures and maintain sterile field.
• Prepare sterile table and assist with draping and instrument counts.
• Decontaminate and sterilize instruments and equipment; maintain inventory and organize supplies.
• Assist in robotic procedures and support for da Vinci system operations; coordinate with OR team.
