B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a field-focused sales leader for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products.

The ideal candidate will be located in California, Arizona, or Las Vegas, NV, and will travel to engage with executives at top accounts, develop proposals, and drive growth within the territory. The role demands 4+ years in capital or disruptive technology within medical devices, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
• Judgement is required in resolving day-to-day problems.
• Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within territory.
• Implements executive level selling strategies by initiating sales calls, developing proposals and action plans, and building relationships with customers at the highest levels within target accounts.
• Controls the sales process through effective targeting of buyers and influencers; overcomes objections and obstacles to win the opportunity.
• Projects executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives.
• Observes surgical procedures as required to stay informed of industry trends.
• Responds to customer needs and problems in accordance with Company policy, liaising between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service and Credit departments.
