Job summary

AUTOKINITON seeks a Robotic Maintenance Tech Team Leader for the Greenville, SC facility, supervising maintenance of robotic, electrical, and welding systems on a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM 2-2-3 schedule. You’ll troubleshoot PLCs and support production with proactive maintenance and rapid response to issues.

Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance experience, familiarity with FANUC robotics, and Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting, plus ability to multi-task with limited supervision and willingness to

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting assembly robots (Fanuc preferred).
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of high/low voltage electrical maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding issues.
• Repair mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PLC ladder logic.
• Use electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding problems.
• Troubleshoot and repair of mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PLC ladder logic.

This hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Required experience:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting & repairing assembly robots. (FANUC Robotics preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of high/low voltage electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of HMI’s or Panel Views.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
