St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown, part of Catholic Health, is seeking a Surgical Technologist Lead Facilitator to support Robotic and General Surgery in the OR.

You will coordinate case readiness, assist surgeons and nurses, and ensure instruments and supplies are prepared for scheduled procedures. Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Surgical Technologist certification preferred; BLS as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct surgical support and coordinate day-to-day Robotic and General Surgery services in OR.
• Ensure rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies are prepared for procedures.
• Serve as primary resource for robotic and general surgery case readiness and inventory management.
• Support staff education and coordinate with surgeons and OR staff.
