Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Robotic Operator to manage system operation, safety, and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing cell.

The role involves loading parts, starting programs, basic inspections, and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance staff to keep the line running smoothly. Applicants should be self-motivated with good reading skills, capable of troubleshooting robot and vision-related issues, and able to work in demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior robotic experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret Technique Cards, routings, and other instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems and share information with others.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload parts and replace consumables as needed.
• Scan part/lot and operation sequence; start programs.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
• Monitor production against defined criteria in process docs.
• Maintain logs and communicate system improvements to team.
