Star Automation, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Robotic Assembler to join our team. You will assemble advanced robotic systems and work on mechanical and electrical projects, with independence and strong communication.

The role involves reading blueprints, wiring, testing systems, and preparing equipment for shipping. You will use hand and power tools, operate cranes and forklifts, and support continuous improvement on manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; related certification preferred.
• Min 4 years manufacturing/mechanical experience.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics; pneumatics knowledge.
• Familiar with portable power tools and machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows blueprints, routers, specifications to assemble parts and equipment accurately and on time.
• Operates overhead crane and fork trucks during movement and assembly.
• Prepare equipment for shipping.
• Operates machine shop equipment.
• Perform full testing of robotic operations to ensure customer needs.
• Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
