Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America. The role focuses on vehicle prep, readiness, inventory management, and safe depot operations from a robotaxi depot.

You will perform pre-deployment inspections, manage charging schedules, and coordinate with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads to ensure reliable fleet availability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Readiness: Prepare vehicles, ensure cleanliness, inspect cameras and sensors, pre/post shift checks, monitor battery charging.
