Job summary

TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will keep vehicles clean, charged, inspected, and ready for daily deployment from a dedicated depot, while coordinating with Safety Operators and Technicians to ensure safety and reliability.

The role involves depot operations, inventory management, and vehicle support in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for all aspects of vehicle preparation and fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and comfortable driving electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations and ensure readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, charging, and deployment readiness for each vehicle.
• Inspect cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors and interiors for self-driving performance.
• Support depot operations: vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with dispatch, delivery, and retrieval processes.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and charging accessories.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports.
• Escalate maintenance concerns to technicians as needed.
• Support 24/7 operations and participate in depot safety procedures.
