Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Hesston, KS is seeking a Robot Welding Part Loader for 1st shift (6:30am–2:30pm). The role involves loading and assembling units on a robotic welding line, following standard build processes to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will operate and monitor the robot fixture, use hand tools, read blueprints when needed, and work with a team to maintain a smooth workflow. A high school diploma and safety compliance mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred to maintain the pre-treatment system.
• Safety standards compliance required (PPE including Tivex suits).
• Technical ability to elevate issues when identified.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/fit parts to form units in robot fixture.
• Use hand tools to ensure quality product.
• Control robot operation, cleaning and inspection.
• Read and understand operation standards or blueprints.
• Move and lift parts by hand or with basic tools.
