Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking an on-site Welding Robot Operator for weekend shifts. You will operate welding robots, set up jobs, inspect parts, and ensure weld quality in a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and welding/robot experience. The role involves lifting and standing, with overtime eligibility and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and safety minded for manufacturing tasks.
• Punctual with the ability to follow job guidelines and procedures.
• Experience with welding and/or robotics is preferred.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding robots and monitor robot while running.
• Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures.
• Load and unload parts and perform visual quality inspection.
• Ensure weld quality and remove weld spatter as needed.
• Tag completed rework jobs and assist with daily equipment checks.
• Advise supervisor of shortages or quality issues.
• Operate hoist to move parts and perform other assigned duties.
