Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking an on-site Robot Operator to operate and monitor robotic systems, load fixtures, and inspect parts for quality on a production line. You will set up and teardown jobs, handle welding quality checks, and report shortages or quality issues to supervision.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs rarely.
• Push/pull up to 30 lbs.
• Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead, reach/lift with outstretched arms and grasp tools as necessary.
• Operate cart caddy and hoist.

Compensation & Benefits

Your base wage will be between $21.25 - $26.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors.

You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.
