Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator in Pennsylvania to join our production team. The role involves operating basic machinery, loading materials, and monitoring processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will perform routine equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, follow safety guidelines, and assist with troubleshooting as needed. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential; prior production experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
