Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a production associate to operate basic machinery, load materials, and follow SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork on the shop floor.

You will monitor operations, perform routine maintenance, keep the area clean, and assist in troubleshooting. A high school diploma and basic math/ERP skills are preferred. The position is on-site and physically active.

Job Responsibilities

4. Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.

6. Adheres to all safety and company policies.
7. Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
8. May perform other duties as assigned.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
