Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in robotic welding or automated welding environments.

• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robotic welding systems (6-axis robots, welding cells).
• Modify robot paths, touch-ups, and offsets to ensure weld quality.
• Perform basic robot programming and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with maintenance/engineering to resolve automation issues.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Use calipers or gauges to verify measurements per engineering standards.
• Follow all safety policies and 5S+ practices.
