Job summary

Technique is seeking a Robot Weld Tech Lead to manage the robot welding department at our Jackson, Michigan plant. You will lead daily operations, plan production, and ensure flow of work while maintaining QMS compliance.

This role requires strong PLC and GD&T knowledge, plus the ability to train staff and drive continuous improvements. Ideal candidates will oversee onboarding, schedule builds, troubleshoot, and act as the person in charge when the manager is unavailable, ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of PLC controls and processes to find faults.
• Advanced GD&T understanding.
• Ability to utilize E2 to find information for builds and process flow.
• Ability to train, evaluate, and lead employees in the department.
• Ability to support several tasks at the same time and delegate tasks effectively.
