Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Blue Ash, OH is seeking candidates for a manufacturing/metal fabrication role on 2nd shift. Openings may exist on other shifts. The position requires experience cutting heavy steel and MIG welding, with basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn safety procedures and PPE use.

Ability to read measuring tools and maintain accuracy is essential. Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods in warm environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in cutting heavy steel (2 years preferred)
• Experience in MIG welding (2 years preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery
• Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE use
• Ability to use simple measuring tools (tape measure, ruler)
• Good attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cuts
