You will lead directions in dexterous manipulation, learn from teleoperated demonstrations and human feedback, and collaborate with engineers to turn new methods into real-world capabilities on Cassie and Sonny. Qualifications

• 5+ years of research experience in robot learning or related field.
• Track record of original work in robot learning or RL.
• Strong Python programming and hands-on PyTorch or JAX experience.
• Experience running experiments on physical robots.

Responsibilities

• Set research directions in robot learning for dexterous manipulation.
• Develop methods from large-scale human supervision and feedback.
• Design experiments for DF1 fleet and build robust evaluations.
• Train vision-language-action models with various training methods.
• Work with engineers to deploy techniques on Cassie and Sonny.
