Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong systems-level expertise across mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software domains.
• Demonstrated experience owning diagnostics, reliability, or service tooling for complex electromechanical systems.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Diagnostics Engineering organization, setting strategy and priorities.
• Own the diagnostics vision and develop multi-quarter roadmap.
• Analyze fleet-wide failure patterns to identify systemic issues.

Skills

Systems-level expertise across mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software domains

Strong data fluency including defining metrics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Degree in engineering or related field
