Job summary

Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Physician Assistant with a focus in Urology to join the Advanced Practice Provider team. The ideal candidate will have prior robot-assisted or urology inpatient experience, with weekday hours and a structured training plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Acute Care or Adult Gerontology Acute Care board certification AND RNFA certification required for APRNs.
• National certification is required for Physician Assistants.
• Robot experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up inpatient care and some new patient evaluations.
• Handle clinical coordination, operating room involvement, and patient management.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and the urology team to ensure protocol adherence and patient safety.
