Job summary

POP MART in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to join our North American Retail team. You will manage RoboShop operations, stock products, maintain sanitary conditions, and address customer concerns to drive performance.

Responsibilities include assisting warehouse and inventory, supporting lease/file management for Robo Shop contracts, and helping store sales in the NYC area if needed. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 6 months retail or related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work nights, evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in another language is a plus.
• Driver’s license or vehicle is a plus; transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Robo Shop operations and product restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory, and respond to customer concerns.
• Assist warehouse and inventory processes including inbound/outbound stock.
• Support leasing, file management, and related contracts for Robo Shops.
• Assist store sales in the NYC area if needed.
