Overview

As a Roasting & Grinding Operator (3rd shift) you play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that raw materials are transformed into high-quality products. This position involves operating and maintaining roasting and grinding equipment to achieve optimal flavor profiles and consistency. The operator will monitor the roasting process, adjusting parameters as necessary to meet production standards and specifications.
