Vibrant Ingredients in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Roasting & Grinding Operator to join our full-time direct labor team. This on-site role involves running roasting and grinding equipment, adjusting parameters, and performing quality checks to ensure consistent product quality and safety.

As a Roasting & Grinding Operator you play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that raw materials are transformed into high-quality products. This position involves operating and maintaining roasting and grinding equipment to achieve optimal flavor profiles and consistency. The operator will monitor the roasting process, adjusting parameters as necessary to meet production standards and specifications. Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting quality checks and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.
